I’m surprised by how well the yoga.com app works on the iPad. It was super easy to flow and keep up and it was a hell of a workout. I’m going to try the 72 minute power yoga tomorrow. Wish me luck!
So I thought with this awesome xboxone kinect thing we have, I would do one of those fitness videos. All I wanted to do was some yoga. The only free yoga session was Jillian michaels yoga inferno. Oooooohhhhh mmmmyyyyy goooooddddd. I would rather run for another hour than do 20 minutes of this. It was torture. It’s 35 minutes long and after the first 14, I went into our bedroom and started crying that it wasn’t yoga. Got back up, did six more minutes, stepped on a piece of glass and pouted for the rest of the video. #thatwasntyoga #idontlikeit
I know it’s REALLY slow and not a far distance, but my pace AND distance increased in just one day. I haven’t ran since Highschool and I’m proud of myself for lapping everyone on the couch.
